In the year 1501 a 26 years old Italian artist named Michelangelo accepted a challenging task; to create a statue out of a gigantic piece of marble that had been laying on the yard of Florence’s cathedral for 40 years, twice discarded by other sculptors. He saw something extraordinary within that massive block of marble, and he wanted to liberate it. For four years, he patiently chipped away all the unnecessary material until he revealed the world the remarkable statue of David we can now admire in Florence.

BEING FREE as a transformative journey to help you connect with your extraordinary essence and create more freedom in your life.

This program is not about achieving more, it is about becoming more of who you are. It is about change and transformation. It is about chipping away the old structures that don’t serve you any more to liberate your extraordinary essence and allow you to experience freedom.

You carry the wonder

of the whole universe

within you.

What is it?

BEING FREE is a subtraction process. Using healthy questions, silence and recentering, visualizations and self-inquiry, inspiring tools and creative exercises we will peel off all the beliefs and structures limiting your growth. I will create for you a safe space, free of judgement in which you will be able to crack the shell and liberate your potential.

BEING FREE is a four phases process, each one with its own purpose. The model will help you both during the whole coaching journey and on every session. Please, remember that the process is meant only to support you on your transformation journey. We will sense the experience along the way and adapt the model to your unique journey.

How does it work?

“You may get to the very top of the ladder, and then find it has not been leaning against the right wall.”—Allen Raine.

Like for any successful journey you need to know where you are and decide where you want to go. This way you can understand in which direction you have to point your gaze. But there is more to that. To find the way is not enough to set you in motion. You need also find you why. What makes your destination so meaningful for you?

The aim of this phase is to find clarity about your vision of the future you. To support your discovery we may use the Human Potential Assessment Tool.

“The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.” – Dan Millman

Once you know where you want to go, then you’re ready to map out your transformation journey.

The price of any transformation is unpredictability. This is why most of the people are stuck. Because they seek predictability and stability. They want to feel reassured that what they know will help them predict what will happen.

As a result, their behaviours reflect who they are and not who they want to be. In this phase, you will reset and rewrite your story.

What is that you are ready to let go? What strengths will you carry within you? What behaviours reflect the vision of the person you want to become?

It’s time to be creative and harness your intuitive mind.

Remember, to learn and not to do is really not to learn. To know and not to do is really not to know. – Stephen R. Covey

Knowing what to do is not the same as doing what you know. You need to take action, to move, experiment and play with what you designed.

You have the destination and the map. It is now time to take the first step and make things happen. For this purpose, you will create the structures to support you in your actions. You will integrate your newly designed practice and rituals in your life, to create a long-lasting transformation. You will experience the power of falling in love with the process while detaching from the outcomes.

What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals. ― Henry D. Thoreau
